Meet the Author

William J. Balbach began his research into the family history while in college. After 20 years of comprehensive research, he has prepared a 600-page hard-bound text, offering the only consolidated source of Balbach history and genealogy available.

A 1972 graduate of Archbishop Moeller High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, Bill now works there as the treasurer/business manager. He earned his MBA in finance from the University of Cincinnati in 1978, where he had also received his BBA in finance and marketing.

In 1984 Bill married Jayne, who has two adult children, Jenny and Jeff. Their son Willy was born in 1988 and daughter Katy was born in 1989. An Eagle Scout, Bill was also a Den Leader for his son Willy's Cub Scout Pack.
